Bio: Duane J Hadfield, Chief Financial Officer, joined AST in 2019. As C.F.O., Duane oversees Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Admin. Duane has an over 20-year history of success in leading large-scale programs, projects, and cross-group teams. He has extensive experience identifying and implementing strategies that identify opportunities and drive value.
Duane holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Management degree with a Finance major, He is also a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (“MAFF”) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (“CVA”) proficient in analyzing, distilling, and presenting actionable complex financial and business intelligence in companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 to small and mid-size regional businesses.
